With all Due Respect, the Conversation with Dr Nida was good and she hear me properly. But when it comes to billing side that is particualrly on the Baylor Scott , it was really bad. Though i had my Annual Wellness check up via Insurance, Baylor Scot tried to put some additional charges. I tried to reach Dr Nida, The Clinic Team didnt allowed, - So overall very bad & sad experience. Never recommend,
I am writing to share a concerning experience regarding preventive care coding and administrative billing accountability at this practice. I specifically scheduled a routine annual wellness exam and explicitly requested that all lab orders remain strictly within the parameters of fully covered preventive care. Although the visit notes document that these labs were ordered as part of a preventive visit, the physician submitted them under diagnostic codes.
