Loved Dr. Alkalay and the ultrasound tech. They both were super nice. The front desk ladies are a different story. Very short not welcoming at all and definitely not helpful. My daughter called the next day and told them she was having problems seeing her ultrasound pictures on the portal, they told her that they couldn't do anything about that. This review is for Carrie. I hope I spelled her name correctly. When I tell you that today she made my day, she really made my day and helped me. You never know what a person is going through in life and things are always hidden behind a smile. It feels good to be treated with so much love and care on these days because a little goes a long way when you are hurting. Leaving 1 star for literally all of their front desk/phone answering service staff and Laura. Horrible phone etiquette. They clearly don’t communicate with each other and you can pick up on their passive aggressive tones on the phone. To be maternal fetal medicine dealing with high risk pregnancies, their attitudes aren’t reflective of this. Tainting the practice.
Dr Alakalay is amazing! He gave me so much peace of mind and really listened to me throughout my pregnancy. It felt like it was a collaboration between a patient and their doctor coming up with a treatment plan. I felt involved!
Terrible experience! The walmart of doctor visits. I don't think this place understands what an appointment is.... why even make one if you have to wait over an hour and half past your appointment time to be seen? This place is packed full of people waiting in this small waiting room. They were all past their appt times as well. Not happy and will be going somewhere else.
