We broke down on a Sunday pulling our travel trailer many many miles away from home. Nic was the only shop open on a Sunday. Once we got to his shop by a nice tow company, Nic and his wife were very welcoming, Nic got right on our vehicle, figured out the problem and ordered the parts.
