He has done surgery on patients of mine and my own mother .. I will never again let him operate on my family .. most everyone I know that had surgery or procedures done by him had severe complications and long heal times ..
I left a review on Dr Nichols but I came back to leave one on Courtney, Brittany and Deborah, they are also amazing, Courtney and Brittany did my wound vac every week for 6 months, they are the best, Deborah is also wonderful she’s an amazing person as well I love all of them
I was referred to him for possible incision and drainage on my leg. He listened to my concerns and did least invasive treatment first by putting me on the correct antibiotics and it healed right up and all is good now!
Dr Nichols is an amazing surgeon! I had to have my gallbladder removed back in 2015 and then I had to have an emergency appendix removal this year and didn’t want any other surgeon to do it and he came in on his weekend off and got it done! I have also have had a pain and no other doctor could give me an answer to what it is but Dr Nichols did and is correcting it on Friday! I don’t want any other surgeon! He is amazing!
Dr. Nicols performed parathyroid surgery and surgery to remove thyroid cancer. Very competent, caring doctor. Easy to talk to. His staff is great as well.
Dr. Lee Nicols has taken care of my dad and mom, so when it was time for me to have surgery, he immediately performed surgery. He is caring and listens. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs surgery.

If you want a top notch surgeon then Dr Nicols is your person! When I first went to Dr Nicols I was about on my death bed! He was my surgeon for three major surgeries within a 5 month period! He and his medical staff were fabulous. They took great care of me and I can’t say enough good things about Dr Nicols. He is so kind and the best bedside manners. He truly cared about my wellbeing and kept his promise on making me better! Thank you Doc, you are the best in my book! I really want to give him a 10 Star!
Dr. Nicols performed a colon resection to repair a fistula I had developed between my colon and bladder. He was professional, unhurried and caring in his manner. His assistant Courtney Wright was also excellent.
