This is a review of the new location on Navajo. The restaurant is usually almost filled with happy eaters. I've eaten in several times and the food is great but the sound level can get high. Their pizza travels well and they are really good about customizing it. I like thin crust and light sauce. It is perfect every time.
Usually we order salad and pizza. Their salad is mixed in a big bowl by you, and it fresh and crisp every time--delicious! Their pizza is great and service always good. A great family restaurant that deserve repeat business. I've been going there for about 30 years!
We live right acrossed the street from Nicolosi's, and the freeway. That's right, the setting isn't all that romantic. Also, $20 for a plate of pasta and a salad seems a bit pricey for this restaurant. However, I must say that the chicken gorganzola pasta is absolutely the best I've ever had.
