Desert Springs Apartments is officially a DUMP. Leasing Office is remodeled annually but Apartments have NEVER been remodeled. Old rusty refrigerators, moldy dishwashers from the 80's, cabinets and counters are ugly, old and falling g apart. The lau dry room is literally disgusting and one day that leaking swamp cooler causing severe roof damage is going to cave in and injure someone.
Sterling Pointe had turned into a dump. Old furniture been sitting for weeks, some dumbass thinks driveway around storage units is his parking lot and has 2 vehicles completely blocking that driveway. Management does nothing but talk, never any action. Don’t live here unless you like slumlord living.
NOTHING gets fixed, but the rent and extraneous BULLSHIT FEES tacked on and blame given to other entities to COVER THEIR ASSES. Nicolosi Fitch has ben a management firm at Sunflower TWO DIFFERENT TIMES since I moved here in 2013. THEY SUCKED ASS EVERY SINGLE TIME.
I live at Mt.Steppes Apartment's in Sierra Vista, AZ. An NFI property. I've lived here since 2017 w/ very little problems. Anyway, yesterday 9-2-2019, l was threatened by the property manager's husband, about me going to their apartment and politely asking if the pool was going to be opening that day. Earlier l had called maintenance asking if they could send someone to open the pool gate, but by 11 a.m., 2 hours after the pool should have been opened, l decided to ask the live on property manager and the response l received... read more
