Terrible customer service! They screwed up my order, no big deal, mistakes happen... But when I called them to get it straightened out, they refused to do ANYTHING to make it right. No re-delivery with the correct order, no partial credit for the $25 botched order, and no coupon or discount for a future order. I am honestly shocked that a business can be managed this poorly.

Great food, fast to the plate. COVID just makes the experience bad, due to not being able to eat within the establishment, but the service and employees were awesome.

quality food & friendly staff have me coming back regularly [almost every weekend]. nice atmosphere equipped with a tv for watching sports, and some vintage arcade cabinets [Ms. pacman, anyone?] wide selection of drinks [mostly bottled/canned]. easy accessibility [located off Jewell & wadsworth] & ample parking
