I am sorry for your experience, but you have the wrong salon, we do not do chemical straightening systems. I assure you if you were not happy in our salon, we would have accomodated you in a much more satisfactory manner.

I have to say their the Best hair stylists in town! Hair extensions, hair straightening keratin complex, color, cutting you name it. Friendly staff and 10% percent 1st time visitors. Great deal

Eh - – I had been a customer at this salon for over 10 years and really like the salon. My regular stylist left so I tried a newly hired stylist. I had my hair straightened the stylist did a horrible job. I woke up the next morning with a burned scalp and my hair hair was falling out. When I called her in tears, she said I must have not followed her instructions. I asked for a refund and instead got a "complimentary" intense hair conditioning treatment.
