Predatory towing. Added illegal winching fees, changed their story multiple times, and insisted on cash only. Completely unprofessional.
An absolute scam. They wanted $607 CASH, to tow my car that was deemed "abandoned" at my place of residence, which was less than .25 miles away from the tow yard. They do not take any card/check payments. God forbid someone is bed ridden, in the hospital, or just don't leave the house often enough to move the car. This is such a disgusting business and to charge $607 to get the car released is absurd. Amazing experience here! Dropped off my Subaru to get fixed that had chips, dents, and scratches, Nicolette Auto Body fixed my car within 2-3 days and did an amazing job! Looks brand new! Amazing customer service! Definitely coming back!
