They screwed up our company holiday dinner. Never served the pre-ordered appetizers, put us in a very loud and crowded room (the exact opposite of what was reserved), no side dishes. The lasagna was okay, but it felt like I was dining in a high-end grocery store. Smelled like a fish market in the entry. Desserts were underwhelming.

I did hear that there was an issue with the appetizers for one of our events and that is was a mistake on our part, it is also my understanding that they did try to make it right and the manager did react to the error and that they did bring out the appetizers late, when they were told they no longer wanted it.
