Nicolet Heating & Cooling. (Townsend) Brady installed our AprilAire 700 on December 16, 2025. He was very thorough and answered all of our questions. He also installed our Nest Gen4 thermostat and hooked it up to the newly installed AprilAire. We are very happy with Nicolet Heating and their team, from calling us back and the speedy service! We recommend them.

I was referred to Nicolet by an electrician, and I'm very glad he told me to call them. I called Monday morning at 715am, they had Jesse at my place by 945 or so. He was able to fix the boiler ignitor switch within 30 minutes and a couple hours later our house was back up to 70 degrees, after 3-4 days of being in the high 50s/low60s. Jesse suggested I replace the ignitor switch because it was old. He explained everything and was a very nice, down to earth guy who never treated me like I was dumb.
