I hate to give a negative review but our experience has been terrible. They came last summer to put in a new unit for us. We immediately began having issues with it and they came out repeatedly to fix the problem, only for it to not work again a day or two later. They said there was an error report it was sending that they had never seen before. We were told that besides a balance issue, the problem was fixed, however come winter it was clear that was not the case. The system was still not working effectively. Another compan... read more
