I recently visited Nicole for a consultation. She was extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions without hesitation. My service was provided by Joseph. I'm currently in the process of getting my upper lip done by Nicole. She's super knowledgeable and explains the process and its effects really well. I previously never considered electrolysis because I've seen that it can leave scars, but she explained that the effect on the skin is due to the modality and settings used. I was also nervous about it being painful since the upper lip is a sensitive area, but we did a patch test and it was about the same level of pain as getting my brows threaded, which isn't bad at all.
