Couldn't tell me with accuracy when my billing was, couldn't even see that I had paid $1000 towards my premium and worst of all knowing I had something on my credit file that would stop me being eligible for state farm auto refinancing but decided to run the credit check and hit my score anyway. I would advise you use ANY other agent, infact I would rather have paid more for Geico!
