The realtor is very shady. She accepted an offer from us as buyers and then reneged and sold to someone else. We were approved for well over asking price but because someone came in with an all-cash offer we lost it. I would not use this realtor to sell your house and I would be really leery if you are buying a house where she is the listing agent.
