Saw her years ago for a knee issue regarding a torn meniscus. Spent less than 10 mins in the room. Very aloof and disinterested bedside manner. Instead of resolving the problem with therapy or further medical intervention she prescribed me generic pain meds and I was dismissed with no follow up or interest at all, she couldn’t leave fast enough. No MRI. No further testing. Nothing. There are much better doctors at Rush (e.g., Cole, Chahla, Bush-Joseph). I would recommend someone else who’s more capable.

I came to see Dr levy in order to get relief of pain in rt knee and support in the eventuality of a knee replacement. I have to wait at least a year as I am newly working and do not have enough PTO nor eligible for FLMA. I am treating my pain with Nsaids under the guidance of my GP. I couldn't get a word in edge wise. She was not happy about my Nsaid use. And pushed back when I said I needed them so I could work. So no, I will not see this practionioner again. She was only interested in her point of view.
