My husband had vein surgery in September. The staff was very informative and helpful before, during and after the procedure. Dr. Humphrey was excellent! He explained everything that he was going to do. Everyone was very friendly. We highly recommend CSA for all surgery needs. And my husband is pain free after the procedure.
Was able to be seen by physician within days. Surgery in a couple of days. Was treated with expertise and respect. I knew I was in great hands. Thank you Dr. Grossman and CSA for everything you do.
My mother had surgery Dec. 1. At the follow up on Dec 4, a blood clot had formed. She was sent home with instructions to give herself two injections of blood thinner a day. No one has called to check on her. Pain has increased significantly, but a call to the center half an hour ago told her to go to Boone. Nothing else. No way to contact her doctor, no information or assistance. The patient portal is down, so no way to access information via the CSA. Really?
I had surgery there yesterday. All of the staff was great. Thank you Jessica for calling and checking on me today. If I need more surgery I will definitely go back there.
