It’s a shame that we as a community can’t support black owned and operated businesses. I called to inquire if they do individual lashes and I received an unacceptable remark, where the lady just answered me repeating the name of the business, due to ‘Lash’ being in the name. Nicole’s Lash N Beauty was a welcome sight in the neighborhood. The place is very nice and they provide many different services. I scheduled and paid a deposit for hybrid lashes and brow tinting. My service was completed but I did not receive hybrid lashes. Individual lashes should look natural with a touch of flair. I’ve had this service done many times before but due to time constraints, I had to use someone new. I am very disappointed as all the lashes that were install have fallen off.
