Dr. Rice is extremely competent and very knowledgeable. She’s friendly and caring. She has my best interest always first!
Incredibly disrespectful, including both her and her staff. Upon calling to ask for a reschedule date, I was met with an immediately mocking and spiteful tone, despite my efforts to stay kind across the phone. Upon actually meeting Dr. Rice, she was incredibly dismissive and made no actual effort to listen to anything I had to say, and tried to push both treatment and medication onto me without even bothering to truly understand how I was feeling about MY situation.
