Terrible experience! I made my appointment months in advance to see this provider as my PCP retired. I made my appointment online. There were 3 options to pick from. Annual adult visit was my best option. The other 2 options were sick visit or follow up. Fast forward to the DAY OF my appointment the office calls and says she is taking new patients but first available appointment is in 2027 and she cannot see me today unless I was sick or had something dire I needed to be seen for. Dr. Phillips is, without a doubt, one of the most outstanding physicians I have ever encountered. She is exceptionally attentive and personable, always dedicating the time necessary to actively listen and thoroughly understand all of my health concerns, regardless of how minor they may seem. Dr Phillips is an amazing doctor who cares about her patient's wellbeing. She always listens to my concerns and challenges and searches for the answer / resolution to help me. She is very knowledgeable and she along with her this staff are a true blessing. She has been my Dr for 8+ years now.
