She was ok. After having back surgery she would not allow me to get a temp. Parking permit because I'm overweight and she thought I needed to walk. I get her point, but I really needed it, back surgery is no joke. I just don't think she listened well to my needs
Being 72, I have been to many doctors over the years. Dr. Provost is one of the absolute best. She cares, is efficient, thorough, and is willing to take time to answer all questions. She stays on my case about things I should be doing to improve my health. She has been our family doctor for over 20 years. We all trust her and highly recommend her.
My Mom just saw this doctor 5 days ago, was told her lungs were clear even tho she was ill. Five days later she is in E.R. diagnosed with pneumonia. The hospital said it would send the paperwork/results to the doctor. I hope Dr. Provost realizes the mistake she made & how serious this is. My Mom could die from not being treated sooner and pneumonia is how HER Mom passed away. VERY disappointed in the lack of treatment, thoroughness, and care from Dr. Provost.
