Nicole was absolutely instrumental in getting us our dream house. She walked us through every step of the process and did not rush us. When we were going through escrow she was very thorough and made sure all of our inspections and paperwork work were in order. She was even able to negotiate with the seller to give us a $10000 escrow credit based on the outcome of a few inspections! Nicole is truly a great realtor and I would highly recommend her to anyone.
