I am in shock by the way I was treated as a patient of Nicole Palmieri, and I highly recommend looking elsewhere for a prescriber. Nicole blamed me for not knowing the side effect to a medication she prescribed. I suffered serious side effects, including severe, diffuse hair loss, for 5 years, and finally discovered the link myself.
