Second home Nicole has helped us buy and it was seamless both times. She made herself available for questions and showings when it was convenient for us. She also helped us sell our home and we had an accepted off before we even started showings.
Nicole is the best real estate agent hands down 💯we were able to get a house , a great lender from her recommendation, and got it for cheaper than asking price in this market and overcame obstacles that came our way that we were not expecting at all
Home buying process is not the easiest, especially for first time buyers. On top of that, we were buying a home in a location we don’t currently live in, this made it even more challenging. Our experience was somewhat rocky between working things out with the builder, back and forth with our lender, driving up and down several times during the process, almost having to push closing, but one person who consistently helped us smooth out kinks every time was Nicole. Nicole is an incredible realtor who assisted me over a period of 3 years to find and purchase the home I was looking for. Her knowledge of the market and neighborhoods was a big help.
