Nicole is the best- we were on a very short time line, we sent her a few places we wanted to look at, and first thing we saw our house near a lake in gated community we fell in love, a few hiccups happened, and Nicole was all over it making sure things went smoothly, and meeting the time line we had.... she made sure I knew the process and kept us informed the entire time.
