Best with eye injury scratch pupil.
Dr. Ha made me feel like I didn't know my eyes and like I was incompetent. I told her that the contacts I tried weren't comfortable. She told me that I could pick from the ones she had me try and implied that there was nothing else she could do to help me. Thankfully, I know that a few sizes don't fit all and will be going elsewhere to try and find a comfortable contact for me. Unfortunately, I wasted my time, money, and insurance visit with her. I recommend going to a different doctor.
New to the area and very pleased with the time and concern Dr. Ha took with me . She really listens and that's rare these days...
Dr. Ha was able to diagnose and correct a problem with astigmatism that was causing me to have headaches that two other OD's could not figure out. This was back in 2004 and I have been seeing Dr. Ha annually ever since even though I have moved to another state. I highly recommend Dr. Ha.
I met with Dr. Nicole P. Ha. The prescription was not right so I go back to check them in a follow up session. So today I tried to explain why I think the prescription is not right and how is my vision different compared to my previous prescription. She said that I am making her feel like I am the doctor and she is the patient, and instead of listening to me, she said that she will talk to glasses shop to refund my money and we make everything washed out so its like I was never there....
Made me feel bad. Very low service quality ..
