My son displayed all symptoms of the flu (fever, headache, aches, chills, congestion, sore throat) and Nicole refused to test him foe the flu . She said that since he had the flu shot, he most likely did not have the flu. Then she told me that even if he tested positive, they wouldn’t give him Tamiflu. Needless to say, I have left this practice due to neglect. Terrible experience and would never recommend to family or friends .
