The staff were all kind and maintained a calm composure, which helped ease my nerves. I truly appreciate the care they showed while I was in recovery because the anesthesia made me extremely nauseous and it took a couple hours for me to be okay enough to leave. Dr. Nadlonek was a joy. Her bedside manner was calm, composed, knowledgeable, and very kind.
I had my gall bladder removed. It was a wonderful experience and I appreciate Dr. Nadlonek and her wonderful team. I had a very welcoming experience with all of the information I needed before my surgery to be prepared. I have had no pain or challenges post surgery. I am grateful for the skills and expertise at this surgery. Nothing could have been done any better. I would highly recommend this team if you need to have your gall bladder removed.
Dr. Nadlonek, and the entire Surgery team were excellent. They did a good job of explaining everything, and they showed they cared.
Kaiser docs were great. Special shout out to John Maxfield, P.A. He is an excellent communicator, councilor and caregiver. Sky Ridge Hospital nursing care overall pretty good. One young nurse, Camille on 6th floor was/is exceptional. E.R. could have been better, especially on front end (i.e. check in and getting started). One excellent young nurse, Michelle did or supervised set up for imaging, NGT install, monitors, etc.
I have been a patient with Kaiser Permanente for years! Dr Nadlonek became the surgeon for breast cancer appearance. She communicated thoroughly and compassionately throughout each phase of surgery and recovery. Excellent surgeon, caring physician in every way.
