Worked with Nicole on a rental unit. She was truly a gem, consistent, kept us updated and in the loop, answered questions thoroughly. She was attentive throughout the walks, having our back taking photos if we missed anything. You really don’t deal with many like her, most people are very “either you want it or you don’t” but Nicole understood if we had concerns and addressed them accordingly.
People don’t normally write reviews unless they’re either really unhappy with a service or truly blown away by someone. This is one of those rare cases. We were never Nicole’s clients. She didn’t help us buy, sell, or rent a home. She simply happened to live in a neighboring community, and we reached out to her for advice about a flooding insurance issue we were dealing with.
