She was very knowledgeable and very helpful but the problems came after I asked for some paperwork for my job. That's what I met Kitty. She is rude, disrespectful and downright mean. But what's worse is I think that she was holds information from the practitioners. In my first session with Nicole she said that she would be happy to fill out any paperwork I needed to clear me for work.
