I walked out of my appointment with tears of joy. I saw Dr. Melanson she was so honest and caring!!!!! I explained what I wanted, she gave me options to think about and listened to my input. She made me feel comfortable, cared for, and appreciated. The check-in/check out staff (who I didn't get her name but she DESERVES a shout-out), medical assistant (Sabrina), everyone was amazing. I can not recommend Dr. Melanson enough. She is very professional but caring at the same time. She takes time to talk with her patients and hear all concerns. She answers every question and is very thorough in her process. She does not make you feel rushed or like any of your questions are silly or unnecessary. She makes you feel you matter and that your questions/concerns are valid. I trust her opinion and her recommendations.
