Dr. Mclawrence can be an good doctor. Except when my Surgeon, Specialist, and Pain Management told me to ask her for help. Then she told me to ask them for help. It's difficult because I need 3 more surgeries and this is the situation. She always reminds me, "you had addiction issues." So I'm judged for what I was and not for who I am now. I've always agreed to ALL drug tests and have passed them. Still, she tells me of my past; not my current victory over addiction. It's depressing; yes, SHE diagnosed me with depression. Dr. Mclawrence is an excellent doctor. It's been a few years now and I'm pleased with the respect and dignity she always gives!
Worst office I have ever delt with! Staff member Amber, who job is to do Prior Authorizations, refused to do one because she said it would be denied anyways. I advised her that it was not her job to make that decision, it was the job of the insurance company(I work for medical insurance company doing Prior Authentications) to make that decision and if they did deny it, I could fill an Appeal.
