Dr. Mclawrence is an excellent doctor. It's been a few years now and I'm pleased with the respect and dignity she always gives!
Worst office I have ever delt with! Staff member Amber, who job is to do Prior Authorizations, refused to do one because she said it would be denied anyways. I advised her that it was not her job to make that decision, it was the job of the insurance company(I work for medical insurance company doing Prior Authentications) to make that decision and if they did deny it, I could fill an Appeal.
