She is very professional. However, I did not care for the "we don't give pain medication, we only give ibuprofen and Tylenol.you'll have to talk to your PCP" I metabolize pain medication far different than an average person due to several health issues. I'll be having cancer removed under my eye then have to go straight from there to a plastic surgeon to have it stitched up properly and make sure my eyelid still works properly. Dr. Warner is so attentive, kind and excellent at her work. She explains the process, recovery and sets expections well. The whole staff was engaging and personable. The waiting room was friendly with the added bonus of snacks and drinks for comfort. Highly recommend.
Dr Nicole Warner & her staff were amazing. Her group was the 4th doctor to fix my skin cancer on my cheek. All questions were answered. They even put up with my dad jokes. Snacks & drinks during wait times. I will definitely go back if I need further help. Thanks to the whole group.
Everything done was explained to me in advance and during the procedure. Very professional and friendly!
