We are so fortunate to have worked with Nicole to buy our home. Friendly, helpful, right on with offers etc.
I am writing this as a buyer who's been to one of the listings provided by her. She opened the door and walked away with no greeting or a hello. Later, she lies in a sofa with her bare feet in them, browsing on her phone. When I tried to say hello, she looked away. My agent when enquired about the property, her answers were very dry and terse. Good for her that now is a sellers market and a house's worth is not determined by the listing agent.
Nicole Magun is a great agent - 10 stars for sure! She helped us to sell our condo and find new home. She was extremely professional, resourceful, patient and supportive throughout the process. We truly trusted her opinions and guidance that definitely came for her vast experience.
