Poor communication and disposition..stated "we don't do MRIs here" when my son was in the ER on 4/24/24 in need of one after a CT was negative AND his symptoms warranted an MRI instead (ligament pain), not abdominal pain..she was informed of his current condition(diagnosis) which an MRI would be of value..and no pain meds during the 4hr wait with difficulty standing/sitting for so long..
