Our experience with Dr. Gagliano and her office was deeply disappointing. Throughout our time as patients, Dr. Gagliano demonstrated a lack of empathy and was consistently unresponsive to messages and concerns. The office staff — particularly the head secretary — was rude and unprofessional, creating a hostile environment that made it difficult to access care. Love her.. very caring and knowledgeable. Great doc.. red tape continues to erode care in US but if you have to deal with it I'd recommend NGMD
