This was the 3rd strike. In 2020 office canceled an appointment with the ophthalmologist without notifying me. I showed up sent away my ride and had to walk home. Last year office called me up approximately a week before my contact lens appointment told me it was canceled and that there was no way to reschedule it. This morning after waiting two months for an appointment for a contact lens fitting and to see an ophthalmologist, I was told that I can only choose one of the two. Excellent. I had nothing but an exceptional experience at the office of Dr. Mabel MP Cheng & Dr. Nicole Lemanski. Dr. Lemanski performed my cataract and vision correction surgery. Her evaluation was extensive and thorough, and her staff provided answers to all my questions and gave me written materials that helped me understand the procedure. She has been very detailed about checking my eyes and found a small retinal tear and sent me the same day to a specialist for laser surgery. I have had her for several years and I would highly recommend Her.
On wed. Jan 30 2018 went to dr. For a follow-up appointment and left in a room for an hour and a half!! When finally found by another dr. I realized that Dr Lamansky had forgotten me. When question by my care taker (I have dementia) she stated she had an emergency. I thought it was odd that no one informed me of this emergency and just let me sit in examine room for that long. When I questioned her staff about the emergency they were unaware of any! ????????
