Went to doctor office today. I’m America Sign Language user. The service not offered for on-site interpreters but video remote interpreters only with through contracted with Cyracom. I’m sure VRI service never educated to them for who medical services workers for patients rights, choices, accessibility and compassion for who Deaf people. I was bad experienced as traumatized with doctor offices in Indianapolis in many years ago since started with VRI service.
