Dr. Renaud saved my eye sight. Recently, I had an eye emergency during the night. I called her practice after midnight, to leave a message for an appointment. To my surprise, Dr. Renaud answered at 2:00am. I immediately apologized, but she stayed on the phone consulting with me and determined it was in fact a medical emergency, she instructed me to see a retina specialist right away and so I did first thing in the morning. helped me with so much with eye education you rarely get beyond belief, which is invaluable. is such a kind and caring eye professional - truly professional. was on call when she didn't have to be multiple times and had a very in depth appointment where I could tell she genuinely cared about improving my eye health- not just for now, but long term. principled and puts the patient first, which is sadly uncommon these days. 10 out of 10, truly recommend
Dr. Renaud is a fantastic ophthalmologist. She is thorugh, kind and compassionate. You truly get treated as a VIP under her care. She cares about your long term eye care unlike other doctors who try to get you in and out. I also highly recommend her to anyone who is struggling with long term management of dry eye. It's hard to find excellent doctors nowadays.... she is truly one of a kind.
I have a strong prescription for myopia and astigmatism, and I’ve gotten many times — until I found Dr. Renaud. She is the most precise eye doctor I’ve ever found when it comes to glasses prescriptions. She is amazing.
I've been seeing Dr. Renaud for 6 months. She has helped me more with my dry eye problems in 6 months than the 4 doctors I have seen in the past 5 years. I really appreciate how she takes her time to thoroughly exam my eyes. She is not a one size fits all dr. I used to use drops several times an hour. Now I only use them 2-3 times a day. I drive almost 40 miles to see her even though I have doctors closer to me. That is how much difference she has made in my life. 100% recommend.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Renaud for several months and I am extremely pleased with the care I am receiving for a severe dry eye problem. She is knowledgeable about my issue and thorough in her attention to my needs. My appointments with her last on average more than an hour, a rarity in this day of 15 minute doctor visits.
