The appointment was great. The process of getting the appointment was frustrating. I couldn't tell if I was successful at getting the appointment. The submit bar just turned dark and never said successful.
The provider was fine but the technology was awful.
It is such a blessing to not have to make an office appointment for something like a UTI . Once the technology is figured out, video urgent care is a wonderful way to get the help you need. Nicole Huizinga was very professional and understood the problem, asked the right questions, and I would return to her without hesitancy.
