I went to Dr. Horn for the first time yesterday and was completely impressed. They "squeezed" me in and told me several times I would have a wait and I accepted that. I arrived 15 minutes early and was called back to a room 20 minutes later. I thought, OK a 5 minutes wait to go sit in a room for awhile. Dr. Horn was there within another 5 minutes.
