I have been a patient for 7 years and this was my first bad experience. I arrived for a 2 PM cleaning appointment 15 minutes early and was greeted by the receptionist. I waited, and waited, and waited. I was the only client and there were 3 front office people present as well as at least 2 back office. I could see the hygienist moving around.
