I can’t speak highly enough about Nicole. We had a great experience working with her. She was very informative while touring homes and providing helpful information walking through the home buying process. She went out of her way to help us throughout the time frame we worked with her and gave us great advice for it being our first time buying a home.
We used Nicole Galluzzo to sell an inherited townhome; she was great to work with. She explained all the costs, gave us the breakdown up front, and told us what we could expect from the sale. I have been working with nicole for 8yrs and she is also a good friend. She spent the time to take me around when i was first moving to colorado to then the purchase of my home. Then when to sell my home she did an excellent job and put a ton of work in to achieving the sale of it. I wish i could take her with me where i moved to. Major pro to working with her is I never felt like it was a sales experience and I was working with a true professional with a ton of knowledge and experience.
