Nicole was GREAT!!! It was my first time buying a home and she did a great job of guiding me through the whole process. Nicole's input and foresight when it came to the post inspection negotiations was absolutely fantastic. We were able to get all the items we needed and even some things we didn't know we needed. Nicole's knowledge of the market, responsiveness, negotiation skills and experience make her an amazing realtor and we can't recommend her enough!!!
