1 Star – Extremely Unprofessional & Failed to Represent Me I had a very disappointing experience with this realty firm as a landlord. A lease was terminated before the tenant ever moved in, yet the firm is refusing to return the payment I made to them for a security deposit that was given by the tenant. They are claiming they do not need to provide specific details regarding payment handling or refunds in the contract, which is concerning and unacceptable. Can’t recommend. They will list your home below market value, so they can get paid faster and leave money on the table. Just like you wouldn’t ask a used car salesman if it’s a good time to buy a car, Don’t let crappy real estate agents tell you how bad the market is and that your house is worth less than you think when it comes time to sell. AVOID this company.
Warning to sellers thinking of using this company to list your home: They will underprice your home so that it attracts more offers and sells faster in today’s crummy market. Currently listing a home in our neighborhood for $50k+ under value, at the worst possible time of the year to sell….Im sure they’ve told their clients it’s a good time to list and the aggressive price is necessary to attract buyers. David Weaver was our realtor. He was very knowledgeable, advised us very well, sold our house for the best price we could get and handled it like a professional. I also appreciated the high tech the firm uses for selling the home - they staged the house beautifully in person and enhanced the staging digitally to show its potential. Very cool! Lots of buyers came to see the house and it got very good reviews, sold quickly.
