Honestly, David Weaver and his team saved us. We wanted to buy a home, but had to buy with a contingency. He is an absolute wizard when it comes negotiating, very transparent and vocal about any and every the situation (regardless of price, inspection, marketing, etc.), and has always delivered on time with exactly what we ask for. If it wasn’t for David and his team, we would not have been able to purchase our new home and our house sale would have fallen through. It was a genuine blessing to work with David.

Nicole Freer and her husband Doug cheated me out of $1700+ on closing cost. Beware of their shady practices. Also their representative had her boyfriend over to my house during showings instead of speaking with buyers. I know because I setup a camera. I would list or buy a house from them if my life depended on it! They will lie to your face!! Do not let them list your property whatever you do. They are bad people!
My wife and I worked closely with David Weaver to sell our house and what a fantastic experience it was. David supported us as we attempted to sell our house from across the country. He went above and beyond what should be expected of a realtor (supporting contractors for repair work, protecting our house from Houston freeze, and more).
