I made an appointment with a surgeon at orthopedic and fracture clinic I saw a PA instead. The PA diagnosed a problem sent me to PT and scheduled injections. Later I was scheduled to see the surgeon. When I went in she did not agree with the PA’s diagnoses. She had me get two more injections and wait it out. This was my second visit, with a different doc, at Ortho+Fracture and the results were the same. Great customer care, amazing Doc/medical care (Dr. Look) and super friendly staff, including the xray tech. It’s no surprise I’ll continue to see this team for any future needs! Thank you!
I have never had an experience with a Dr. that showed so much compassion and caring. I can’t thank Dr. Look enough for continuing to find the right solution.
I love the number of staff, there feels like I’m in Wizard of Oz being polished each person who came in who I came in contact with was guiding me hand and foot
