She never answered her phone when she was open, and then she closed her practice and didn't inform me as her patient, so a prescription I need ran out and I have no way to get a new one. Screw you Dr. Donaldson.

She listens, provides informative information, and works with you on a course of action. She understand that we are not cookie cut outs and what works for some may not work for others. I was with my previous physician until she retired. I'm beyond satisfied with the recommendation I received to select Dr. Donaldson as my current and future physician.

I waited about 5 or 6 months for this appointment with Dr. Donaldson as my new physician. It was well worth it. I feel like she listened to me and she is very thorough. The forms you fill out, she looks at all of it. She asks questions and tries to get to know you. She will also explain things to you. I feel like this will be a great relationship.
