Nicole Degraff is great! She’s always thorough and takes the time to listen to my concerns. I never feel rushed, and she explains everything in a way that’s easy to understand. What I appreciate most is how supported I feel in my care—she involves me in the decision-making process instead of just telling me what to do. It’s clear she genuinely cares about her patients and consistently goes above and beyond to make sure I’m well taken care of.
New patient appointment scheduled for 9:15 with 9:05 arrival. Filled out all the questions online day before appointment. Arrived at 9:03. Reception was a slide of window and a stare. I said good morning and provided my name to end awkward silence. She checked me in and was provided paperwork to fill out. Same paperwork completed online.
