I appreciate t staff, at t check in window. Always pleasant and helpful. T nurses are amazing, esp Cassandra! And Dr. Morris tries hard to help me w my medical issues. She discusses options and diff meds. It makes me feel very confident in her medical judgment. Thank u for having such an amazing crew in that area. Wish my other doctors offices had similar personal.

I have to miss work to drive from Napoleon to Defiance. I see the provider for 3 to 4 minutes. Very few questions are asked really doesn't seem empathetic considering they deal with chronic pain. I've been there with my blood pressure. Very low. The one nurse decided to go get the machine because she knew it would read higher and when I questioned her she told me I should think about seeing cardiology. She doesn't know that I'm a nurse as well and I know a blood pressure in the '70s over the '40s is pretty low but she didn't... read more
