I worked a cross sale with Nicole this year. She was absolutely wonderful to work with agent to agent. She was very professional and easy to get a hold of when things needed to happen. We felt that Nicole was very knowledgeable about the market and the area. She was very accommodating and punctual in terms of her time and availability when we needed her. She is also a very cheerful person and very prompt about responding. She acted when we had questions, providing resources and recommendations while at the same time remaining neutral and allowing us to make our own decisions. We enjoyed working with Nicole as we felt that she was very competent and in our corner when we needed her. Highly recommended!
