I’m very satisfied with every office visit I had over the last several years. All the staff is great from the moment I walk in. Never have had a long wait, check in is great. Nurses and Doctors are great. Lab techs are very gentle and kind. Highly recommend BSW Rockwall clinic.

I am always well taken care of from the minute ai walk in the door. To having the great experience I have with my Dr. I also have her assistant that holds my hand while I’m having issues with the bloodwork that I needed. The lab techs were really patient with me and understood my situation and met my needs to make sure I was able to go to my car.
