I have had consistently excellent care from Dr Cohn over the 5 years I have been a patient. This care covered checkups, fillings, crowns, and a broken tooth. She is straightforward, honest, very capable and efficient. That said, she works quickly and does not do a lot of chit chat, which I am fine with. I find her prices to be reasonable, and less expensive than my previous dentist. I would highly recommend her.
Dr Cohn is a Great dentist. I would definitely recommend her to everyone.
Had my 4 front teeth done with veneers . Had a small gap between my teeth, She said it wouldn't have a space anymore with veneers. She put temps in til veneers came in. The temps looked better than the veneers. They have a gap and I went back 3 times. But when I went the first time to complain her response was 'and'?? Needless to say the gap is still there after a year and I flossed my teeth and veneer came out. They will not fix it without a charge. Not going back
My wife and I changed dentists because of a move to this area and we had a cleaning and an initial consultation with Dr. Cohn. Her staff were wonderful. She herself lacks basic social graces and was very brusque and curt. Her bedside manner leaves a lot to be desired. We paid our bill and took our dental records elsewhere. There is no need for her to speak to patients the way she does. Plenty of other capable, professional and friendly dentists in the area. Zero stars for her.
Dr. Cohn provides excellent care, and my experience with her was quick and painless. I was very pleased with the speed at which she worked. Her front desk staff leaves something to be desired, as I don't find them particularly friendly or caring. I work for a doctor's office, and I believe it is very important to be friendly to patients. This front desk staff does not have a warm feel, which is tragic, since Dr. Cohn is fantastic.
Dr. Cohn is high strung and I had to go back 4 times to fix a crown.
The staff is great, except for Dr. Cohn herself, who lacks basic dentistry skills and has the attitude of a petulant teenager. She did a filling that fell out the next day, then blamed me for it. My mouth is still sore two days later from badly administered anesthesia.
